PARCEL 130-7J

This Parcel is located on Irish Road (Route 6) and has 135 feet of existing paved

road frontage.  It offers mountain views and is partially open/wooded. Although

this parcel has a total of three development rights, we would discourage any

purchaser from building more than one structure due to its odd-shape.  The

purpose for leaving the three development rights with this parcel is in case a

purchaser wishes to do a rural preservation development combining this parcel

with lots 7 thru 10.  A sewage disposal system/private well area certification

letter has been approved for 4 bedrooms.
